BASIN has provided cultural resouces management services for over 30 years to federal, state and local agencies, environmental or planning firms, utilities, development clients and other land entities. We have assisted our clients to successfully complete compliance with the regulatory requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as well as agency-specific regulations and local requirements.

6 years of experience in cultural resource assessment/management, archaeology and NEPA and CEQA regulatory compliance. Ms. Twigg is an archaeologist and physical anthropologist with experience in California. Areas of expertise include excavation and post-excavation analyses of animal and human osteological remains. She presently serves as a Staff Archaeologist, Faunal Analyst and Assistant Physical Anthropologist. She has participated in large- and small-scale inventories, site testing programs, archaeological monitoring, and data recovery projects in California.

Areas of expertise include excavation and post-excavation analyses of mortuary data and human osteological remains. She presently serves as a Staff Archaeologist, Assistant Physical Anthropologist, and Assistant Technical Writer.
