We do this by describing what was done and awarding them a WOW! button. At Bates Security, every employee owns aspects of our world-class customer service methodology. However, at the cornerstone of our approach is our Customer Service Center (CSC) located at our headquarters in Lexington, Kentucky. Over the years we have learned that this area must continually be optimized in order to provide consistent service delivery and achieve high customer satisfaction.
