Description

Batten Drilling, Inc., under the ownership and management of Michael C. Batten, has been in business ten years and currently owns and operates nine truck-mounted Texoma drilling rigs, one crane attachment and one skid steer. The company has extensive experience in drilled and underrreamed footing construction including rock drilling, temporary casing and slurry displacement method where required due to water and soil conditions. The fleet consists of one Caterpillar skid steer for tight and low-clearance drilling, one Stewart & Stevenson crane attachment capable of drilling up to 168" shaft up to 100' deep and belling out to 216", three Texoma 270 machines capable of drilling 20 feet, three 600 machines capable of drilling 35 feet, two 700 machines capable of drilling shafts up to 120" in diameter and to approximately 65 feet in depth and one 900 machine capable of drilling 100 feet. Travel radius is dependent upon size of project, typically Texas and surrounding states.
