Gary Batten, President, served with the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation for fourteen years and began Batten Investigations upon early retirement in 1984. Our company has a staff of investigators, which serves all areas of North and South Carolina. Our hope is that by spreading our services throughout a larger area we might be more able to meet our clients' needs and be more cost effective. Our firm is a member of the North Carolina Association of Private Investigators, United States Association of Private Investigators, World Association of Detectives, the National Council of Investigation and Security Services and the World Investigators Network, which enables us to accommodate our clients with worldwide services as needed. Throughout the years our company has maintained a good reputation among corporate and individual clients in providing detailed and comprehensive investigations. Our staff is fully supplied with the latest in technical equipment including video camcorders and still cameras with zoom lenses, body cameras, surveillance vans, all terrain vehicles, and watercraft.
