You must provide proof of purchase (bearing the date of purchase) in order to receive warranty service. The purchaser shall assume all costs of shipping to and from the Manufacturer or his agent and shall be responsible for all losses incurred during shipment. Removal and reinstallation costs are not covered under this warranty. Neither the Manufacturer nor the supplier to the purchaser accept responsibility, legal or otherwise, for incidental or consequential damage to property or persons resulting from the use of this product.
