Our Business The company was founded in 1999 as Comprehensive Assessment Services. In 2008, as part of the corporate expansion plan, the name of the company was changed to Baucom Consulting, Inc., or BCI. No longer providing just assessments, the new name is more consistent with the full range of services provided today and planned for tomorrow. The focus of the company has always been to develop long term, positive relationships with our clients and associates. This is achieved through integrity, honesty and fairness.
