Jim Bauer, Jr. is now president of Bauer’s Grove Bauerhaus, Inc. and is leading the company to a new world of expansion. The mobile catering division boasts the slogan “We bring our services to you!” and “Any Theme, Anywhere…We Can Do It!” The award winning event staff provides the customer with an informal to a black-tie atmosphere. “Simple Elegance! Simple for You!” has also become synonymous with services from Bauer’s Grove Bauerhaus with the personal event coordinators and full service staff.

Our wedding services network can provide you top quality products and services that will enhance your wedding day. Below are some options available with our vendors that your coordinator will gladly help you with at our Full-Service Facility or catered off-site.

Amber works full time with Bauer's Tents and Stephanie, working toward a teaching degree, helps part time. Amber's husband Brent works in his family landscape business and Stephanie's husband Kyle has worked with both businesses in the past.

The Bauerhaus requires that we provide all food and beverage services. Menu selections, tentative guest numbers and event agenda must be confirmed no later than (30) days prior to your event date. Final guest numbers are required (10) days prior to your event and no individual guest cancellations are permitted. Additional guests will be allowed until 72 hours prior to your event start time. We reserve the right to substitute menu selections related to quality issues. Food tastings can be scheduled but are subject to our culinary team’s schedule.
