As architects the majority of our projects are produced using a team approach. A good quality final product will be the result of a well detailed and coordinated set of drawings, specifications and close observation of the construction proceedings. It is crucial to being a good architect to ensure all of these aspects are successful throughout the various phases of the project process. We have established relationships with consultants in all disciplines. We are comfortable with the role of lead designer and coordinating all consultant work to produce a cohesive design. We provide a team approach and promote full interaction with all disciplines. The client is a vital member of the team. We approach each project with a listening session first. We must first hear what our client's needs are before we are able to offer a viable solution. Each member of the team is vital to the success of a project and as such is attentive to detail and provides coordination among all disciplines.

Joe is responsible for the design and preparation of contract documents. He shares the Firm’s management responsibilities with the other firm principal. Past project experience includes private and public schools, small medical facilities, corporate architecture, local municipal projects, full automation car wash facilities, shopping centers and associated retail space, manufacturing facilities, churches, and private residences. Joe has over fifteen years experience in the architectural profession in a variety of offices. His project experience has involved both new construction and rehabilitation. Joe has experience administering multi-million dollar construction contracts.

Stephen is responsible for the design and preparation of contract documents. He shares the firm’s management responsibilities with the other firm principal. Past project experience includes public schools, local municipal, county and federal projects, institutional, restaurants, handicapped accessibility improvements, shopping centers and associated retail space, churches, single and multi-family residential projects. Stephen has over seventeen years experience in the architectural profession. His project experience has involved both new construction and rehabilitation. Stephen has experience administering a wide variety of construction contracts.
