Sanjeev Chawla is a serial entrepreneur and has extensive experience in building companies in telecommunication, healthcare, and networking domains. Prior to founding AGNITY, he had cofounded BayPackets, a provider of IMS compliant Service Delivery Platform and Applications to Global Tier 1 Carriers. In 2006, BayPackets was acquired by GENBAND, a global leader in IP infrastructure solutions, and Sanjeev served as the GENBAND CTO post-acquisition.

AGNITY is founded by a team of experts from telecom and enterprises domain who bring years of experience with Tier-1 companies such as Motorola, BEA, Microsoft, Lucent, SWIFT, etc. They are familiar with the operators’ environments and challenges, inside and out.

As Vice President of Product Management, Uday Choudhury is responsible for the product strategy, direction setting, and channel partner development for AGNITY's Communications and Multimedia Solutions. In addition, he is responsible for the expansion of Services business in the Communications segment, and also manages the Corporate Marketing function. He brings in 20 years of experience in building large scale telecom software infrastructure in legacy, next-gen and IMS multimedia applications domain.

SILICON VALLEY – April 23, 2014 – AGNITY, a leading global innovator of enterprise mobility application solutions, announced today the addition of Martin Cross to its global sales leadership team. Martin joins AGNITY as the VP, Global Sales for Communications & Multimedia business. In this role, Martin will be responsible for growing the Communications business through engagements with partners and direct customers.
