For 30 years, Bay Air Systems has completed tens of thousands of mechanical projects ranging from a package unit change-out to a high-rise building with multiple piping systems. There is no job too big or too small for our team to take on and effectively complete. We have an entire Projects Team devoted to our customers' on-going needs. Our job isn't complete until our customers' needs and expectations are exceeded.

Bay Air found a way with four 75 ton (avg) rooftop packaged gas/electric units, without significantly interrupting climate control, and at almost half the cost of their original estimates! Even though our work included replacement of three additional 20 ton ground level units and their retrofit to high quality, reliable, energy efficient packaged units manufactured by Trane; we still managed to keep costs down while providing excellent service to our customer.

Bay Air Systems has been a leading full-service HVAC Contractor for over 30 years. Within this timeframe, we have completed many systems for a wide range of clients that we are proud of.
