Founded in 1969 by Thomas F. Louderback, Bay Area Beverage Company began selling one brand to a relatively small number of customers located in most of Oakland and the island of Alameda with annual distribution of 300,000 cases of Coors Banquet and a staff of 15 employees.

The following is a list of equipment and items that we have available for our customers to help make your events simple and successful. In complying with the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) rules and regulations, we are required by law to sell or rent all equipment to our customers at fair market value.

"With the federal and state incentives, our renewable energy project became a very reasonable proposition and will provide significant savings and improved cash flow immediately. These savings will help us continue to provide our customers with superior service as well as quality jobs with great benefits for our employees." The system was financed entirely through loans and incentives, including approximately $2.9 million in tax credits and state subsidies over the next six years.
