We are growing! For over 45 years, Bayer Becker has been providing professional design consulting services including Civil & Transportation Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Land Surveying and Planning for the land development industry in the Greater Cincinnati region.

Bayer Becker is a multi-discipline design firm. Our Civil Engineers , Transportation Engineers , Landscape Architects , Planners , and Land Surveyors work together to provide a full line of design services and consultation. Since our founding in 1968, we have serviced a variety of local and national clients. We offer decades of professional consulting services for both public and private sectors, many of whom have been loyal clients, since our beginning.

Since 1968 we have been working in the civil engineering field. Bayer Becker and our Civil Engineers have become known for uncommon innovation and imagination in our problem solving. These two qualities combined with our ability to deliver all of our other land development design services in a cost-effective manner have made us an industry leader. We provide civil engineering services for all types of projects, ranging from small single family developments and single-user sites to large scale mixed-use projects, commercial and industrial developments.

Bayer Becker’s familiarity with the project site, which sat vacant for over 25 years, and a proven track record of experience with both the public agencies City of Norwood and Metropolitan Sewer District’s regulations, helped to streamline the design process. Even with a change to the building location in the middle of the design phase, Bayer Becker’s nimbleness prevailed to maintain the project’s schedule.

Bayer Becker’s ability to provide design on multiple buildings simultaneously is nothing new. The combination of Bayer Becker’s design expertise, project coordination and knowledge of the regulations necessary for approval were vital to a successful project for all parties involved.
