Bayside Swimming Club

Description

Our swim team, the Bayside Barracudas, is a healthy and fun summer activity for kids who can swim 50 yards continuously. The team was established more than 45 years ago. Ten years ago there were only 35 kids on the team. Last year we had over 100 kids. Over the last decade, several other local pools have formed their own teams, making it more fun to compete at swim meets. The Bayside Swim Team is a recreational team. Its goals are to have children develop an appreciative understanding of competitive swimming in a nurturing environment. The team is open to both members and non-members. Turnouts are held Monday – Thursday between 7:15 and 9:00 AM. The swim team season is 7 weeks long this summer. Space is limited. The Head Coach for the 2010 season is Halee Hyatt. Call Halee Hyatt , swim team head coach, at 360-393-9967 to reserve your child's space on the team. You will also need to complete a registration form for each child (available online) . Note: The online registration form is in PDF format and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. Once you have sent your registration form to Coach Halee, you are registered as long as there are available spots. Anyone placed on a waiting list will be contacted as soon as possible. Get your forms in early.
