Our professional job placement team also places employees into temporary-to-hire and direct hire employment with our client companies. While our job placement firm focuses primarily on engineers, designers, project managers, managers, supervisors, and CAD drafters, we also recruit and place skilled administrative and support personnel.

Unlike the service we provide placing limited-term contract personnel, our clients can use Bayside’s recruiting staff to locate employees for placement directly on the company’s own payroll. The level and extent of Bayside’s involvement in the hiring process is determined by each client. Fees for services are negotiated accordingly.
