Prior to starting Bayview, he was a Vice President and Principal at Norwest Corporate Finance where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, financings, and business valuations. Before joining Norwest, he was a Vice President for Western Companies, a private investment banking firm specializing in the sale of middle market businesses.
