The jewelry designs you find here are all inspired by nature, created by conservation biologist Karen McGovern . Art and Nature are inextricably linked--you cannot have one without the other. With that in mind, Karen creates completely original designs in sterling silver, gemstones, botanicals, reclaimed and recycled metals, clay, fabrics, antiquites and found objects. Wearable art unlike anything you have seen. Portions of sales proceeds support the conservation programs of the Rare Species Conservatory Foundation , a small but poweful wildlife conservation organization dedicated to preserving the world's rarest plants and animals.
