Description
A Group of 34 people from Louisville, Kentucky, Beargrass Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) will depart for the Honduras on June 8th, 2005. They will arrive in the capital city of Tegucigalpa and travel to a village near Talanga. Tegucigalpa, the capital of Honduras, got its tongue twisting name from the ancient Nahuatl language, and translated means "silver mountain". The village of Talanga (tah-LAHNG-ah) is located about 1 hour north of Tegucigalpa.
