Rates charged by your bank may be different than the current daily rate displayed. Return Policy A 20% restocking fee and shipping fees will be charged for any returned or refused items. You must ask for a return authorization number before returning any product. We do not accept returns on opened items. You may return a damaged item for replacement within 30 days of the purchase date. You have 30 days in which to receive a return authorization for unopened items and return an item for a 20% restocking fee, after this period items are non-refundable. All items will be refused if they do not have an RMA number. We will refund or replace any item lost in shipment within 30 days of the purchase date. We will not issue refunds based on product results. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please include your e-mail sales receipt with all correspondence. You may want to insure your return, we are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
