Kevin B. Cook practices commercial litigation throughout the state and federal courts of Florida. Mr. Cook focuses on contract disputes, employment and non-compete litigation, mergers and acquisition litigation, professional malpractice defense, products liability, and trusts and estates litigation. After receiving an undergraduate degree in 1994 from the University of Alabama where he concentrated in international marketing, Mr. Cook worked in the logistics industry in Atlanta and Jacksonville for several years before returning to law school.

Courtney K. Grimm practices in commercial litigation, including general business, construction, contract, and legal malpractice defense matters. Her experience in those areas enables her to assist clients with their business and professional needs. Courtney is recognized as one of Florida Trend's Legal Elite and Florida Super Lawyers. She received her J.D. with honors from the University of Florida College of Law in 1992. She serves on the Florida Bar Trial Lawyers Section Executive Council and is a past-president of the Jacksonville Bar Association.
