Note . When providing consulting services as employees of Behavioral Health Resources, consultants are independent contractors who do not represent CARF International. All consultants at Behavioral Health Resources adhere to the CARF Surveyor Code of Conduct, especially as related to providing consulting services to organizations preparing for CARF surveys or re-surveys. The Code of Conduct can be reviewed in the “ CARF Surveyor Information ” document mentioned in the previous section.

Our site uses a contact form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor’s contact information (e.g., e-mail address) and demographic information (e.g., zip code). Contact information from the contact form is used to send information about our company to our customers. The customer’s contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor if additional information is required for Behavioral Health Resources, LLC to understand the user’s situation. We provide evaluation and therapy for mental health and substance use disorders. Trauma-informed services are offered with a focus on EMDR therapy.

CARF-accredited organizations are expected to continually focus on the expectations of the clients, personnel, and other stakeholders . This includes soliciting, collecting, and analyzing input from clients and staff in order to implement changes in services to meet the identified needs. The leadership is also required to use the information in program, financial, resource, and strategic planning as well as for performance improvement and organizational advocacy. This component of continuous quality improvement can be challenging for many organizations.

Healthcare organizations are facing new challenges and must continually improve their services to provide the highest quality of care at the most affordable cost. Because of the corporate trend towards downsizing, many companies do not have the ability to complete all necessary tasks related to continuous quality improvement. Adhering to complex accreditation standards can be overwhelming to many organizations that lack the time and staff to complete required reviews and revisions of policies, procedures, and practices.
