Bud and Kitty retired in 1990 and Jim and Joe took over the helm, after Jim graduated from college and auction school. The Behm name, in the auction business, has evolved from C.J. Behm, Auctioneer, to C.J. Behm & Son, to Charles J. Behm & Sons, to Behm Auction Service to the now known company ofBehm's Auction and Real Estate Service. As time has progressed, it is easy to see why the name has changed, to now reflect an even broader scope of services. No matter how many times the company name has changed, one thing has remained the same: the Behm name is a family name, and has been well-recognized in the auction industry.
