Belham Management Industries, Inc., (BMI Energy) was founded in 1979 as a service and maintenance organization for Energy and Facility Management Systems. As our company grew and developed, we became proficient in the areas of Energy Auditing, Utility Rate Analysis, and Building Control System Application, Design, Engineering, Installation and Support. Our professional and technical people have developed their knowledge and expertise through years of experience in the industry. Over the past 30+ years, we have installed and/or maintained Control Systems across the country.

BMI Energy Management’s core team of Energy Engineers and Technical Support personnel are used to meet the demands of our customers. However, BMI Energy uses products and support from many suppliers to meet these needs. The key companies that we use we call our Preferred Suppliers. These are companies that provide proven products and reliable service, in support of the wide range of programs that we provide to our customers. BMI Energy is an energy engineering company that supplies energy related services by Certified Energy Managers and technically trained personnel. The BMI Team Approach focuses on BMI integrating our energy engineers and technical support personnel, with our client’s organization. This approach fosters better communications and a deeper understanding of our customers needs. This helps us to provide the client with the best recommendations and results at the lowest cost.

BMI Energy Management relies on its Channel Partners, Preferred Suppliers and Affiliations to identify and help meet our client’s needs. Channel Partners are selected based on their location and the markets they serve. Channel Partners are located across the country and provided energy related services to markets that BMI Energy supports. Our Preferred Suppliers support BMI by providing systems and services that can meet the high standards and demands of the needs of our customers.

For over 30 years, BMI Energy Management has worked to control and drive down utilities usage for multi-site clients. We are an energy engineering firm that acts as an Energy Management Department for our clients. We perform energy audits, Energy Management Department for our clients.
