Bell Drapery & Cleaners is a family-owned and operated business, with a twist. For more than 30 years the Jordan family has provided conscientious, customer-centered drycleaning and drapery cleaning services to the residents of Central Phoenix. Several years ago, 2003, we added the twist...membership in a national franchise, CRDN, Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network. CRDN is the largest and most respected company of its kind. All members provide textile restoration services to customers who have experienced water or fire damage.

Jason Kentzel is our plant operations manager. With more than 18 years of experience in the cleaning industry, we are proud to call Jason one of our own. Previous experience includes time on board both the USS America and USS Enterprise. Additionally, Jason spent 12 years as the operations manager for Roxy United Cleaners, and was the facilities manager for Best Cleaners. He is quite used to the fast-paced work we provide at CRDN of Arizona; at Roxy Cleaners, he supervised personnel at three plants, three drop stores and four routes...whew!

We proudly employ an interior designer to help our customers with this sometimes-overwhelming task. In fact, Bell Drapery & Cleaners is one of the only drapery-cleaning and construction companies in the valley that provides the expertise to start the job right. Our designer, Debbie Dus, has more than 20 years of experience in the interior design industry. Her subtle approach to design allows for her expertise to guide the process flawlessly. Karen joined our sales team in 2005. She has worked in the property management field in both California and Arizona, as well as, overseen the sales and leasing programs for many of those same companies. Prior to joining CRDN, Karen worked with Gray Development Company of Arizona. In addition, Karen has experience in training personnel and in customer service. Karen’s well-rounded experience – nearly 15 years – provides her with a strong level of expertise to effectively serve her customers in the CRDN of Arizona network.

Owned by the Jordan family, our business incorporates the most up-to-date techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to provide the finest in dry cleaning services. We are a conscientious, customer-centered company, providing dry cleaning, wash and fold, drapery cleaning and construction, textile restoration services, and interior design consultation. Through the years, some fine personal relationships have resulted from the simple gesture of dropping off and picking up clothing at our front counter. Now, we bring the "counter" to you...free at-home pick up and delivery.
