Our guarantee: We will provide professional bakery and catering services with products made from the highest quality of ingredients, made fresh to order on the day you desire. If you are unhappy for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact one of the owners. Bella Cibo follows Harris county rules and regulations for food preparation. All employees have been certified in food preparation management classes. We take extreme care in cleanliness in our food preparation. Selections off the Bella Cibo’s main catering menu are set pricing. Custom orders are charged per person rates; plus the cost of the food, with additional delivery, setup and cleanup charges. Cakes are priced per amount of people you are serving, the flavor of the cake, labor and materials used. The standard wedding cake slice size is one inch by two inches. We use a generous serving chart compared to other standard bakery serving guides to ensure that there is at more than the standard one by two inch serving. If you anticipate your guests wanting seconds (or more) you may want to use a larger count also. The configuration for your cake may not match exactly the number of guests you expect. For instance, seventy-five to eighty-five guests can be accommodated by a cake with 12, 9 and 6-inch tiers. But if your guest count is ninety-five, our recommendation would be a 14, 10 and 6 inch configuration which serves a minimum of 103 slices. Ninety-five slices can be achieved with a cake consisting of a 12, 10 and 6-inch tier but the symmetry is different and you may not like it. A related issue is that you may want to save your top tier for your first anniversary, or you may not. This tier, therefore, is not included in the serving count but it is included in your final guest count. Our fees for wedding cakes start at $ 2.95 per slice. For $2.95 a slice you can get a Silver White Velvet cake with white butter crème frosting. Please keep in mind, additional selections such as specialty fillings, fondant or custom design work that take some time to produce will increase the cost. There are additional charges for pillars, tier separator plates, cupcake stands, fountains or other custom equipment requests. These additional items require a small rental fee and deposit. The deposits are refunded when the items are returned to Bella Cibo, Incorporated We may charge a setup and delivery fee; this is based on the size of your cake and the distance to your reception location. Extensive artwork, intricate or special designs, fondant work/designs, marzipan, hand made flowers such as gum paste, white chocolate, modeling chocolate work, and pulled sugar flowers, specialty fillings, require an additional fee. Chocolate covered strawberries or extensive chocolate work, also are charged at an additional fee. Fresh flowers are usually supplied by your florist. If you prefer Bella Cibo to use fresh flowers instead of your florist, please let us know. We will do so for an additional fee. Bella Cibo, Incorporated will provide you with a formal written quote, detailing your requests. You may change anything on your order up to one month before your wedding date. Late reservations: If you have contacted Bella Cibo, Incorporated to provide bakery services within one month of your wedding date, and we have that date available, you will be charged a “rush” fee to obtain our services on “short notice”. We are located at Hwy 290 and Beltway 8 (zip code 77040). We delivery for a nominal fee within 25 miles however please feel free to inquire about deliver outside of that amount. Where applicable, we provide disposable serving dishes, platters and serving utensils at a charge of .75 cents per person. Items not included: China type plates, individual flatware serving utensils, linen napkins, glasses, drinks, alcoholic beverages, water, and soda. We will provide food disposables for your event for .75 cents per person, but this does not include beverages. Additional take home and/or leftover containers are included at no additional charge. If you would prefer everything to be provided by Bella Cibo, including individual plates, glassware, beverages, and/or silverware, napkins, and liquor, please call for formal quote, additional pricing will be provided on a per person basis. NOTE: Liquor can only be provided on a reimbursement basis. We do not have a liquor license and cannot mark it up, nor serve or sell it to you. You may change anything on your quote and confirm up to 5 days before event. Invoices will be delivered on date of event. Invoices are due in full at time service is rendered, unless prior arrangements have been made. There are special deposits required for weddings.
