Montclair Health Department Contact : Erica Abbruzzese, CHES, 973-509-4974 January 20, 2010 CARDIAC RISK ASSESMENT AT THE MONTCLAIR HEALTH DEPARTMENT In celebration of American Heart Month, The Montclair Health Department in conjunction with Mountainside Hospital is sponsoring a Cardiac Risk Assessment on Thursday,February, 11th from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the Montclair Health Department. Individuals participating in the Cardiac Risk Assessment will be tested for pulse palpation, blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose and body mass index (BMI) will be measured. A physician will be available to evaluate results. Fees for these services are $25.00 for those 55 years of age and older and $30 for those under the age of 55. Appointments are required.
