About Us Bellis Steel Co., Inc. has been in operation since 1961 when Robert & Connie Bellis started the business out of their home, quickly growing, they then moved to two other locations in the Northridge area before purchasing the Vanalden Property and erecting the present building.  The business continued to flourish and the Bellis’ retired in 1983 selling the business to their daughter & son-in-law, Ron & Gail Ghrist, who presently own the company.Since 1983 there have been many changes.
