The firm was formed in 1988 by Joseph P. Benanti, an attorney who has devoted most of his legal career to the representation of clients in the financial services and leasing industries. At the present time, the firm consists of four attorneys who each have more than twenty years' experience in one or more of the following practice areas: complex commercial financing and leasing (including aircraft financing and leasing), creditors' rights, restructurings/workouts, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, environmental law and commercial real estate.
