Garrett has over 30 years of experience in the claims industry and now manages our client relations and marketing efforts. He also serves in an advisory role to the claims team at HSLI.

Prior to joining us, Carla was the Chief Financial Officer of a real estate property management and development company, and was responsible for all of the financial reporting, budget preparation and analysis, construction draw process, tax planning and return preparation. She also worked in public accounting, where she gained experience in the auditing of businesses, financial institutions and governmental agencies. In addition, her expertise extends into the area of tax preparation and planning for individuals, corporations and partnerships.

Stacie has 17 years of experience in the healthcare field with a focus on medical case management, performance improvement and the joint commission accreditation process. As our Director of Clinical Risk Management, she plans, coordinates and implements risk reduction strategies by identifying and evaluating potential losses, and selects appropriate techniques for avoiding or minimizing loss exposures.

Stephanie has over 15 years of experience in risk management and claims adjusting, and specializes in both workers’ compensation and liability claims. Her background includes supervising workers’ compensation consulting services, risk management consulting services and training.

Mike brings 29 years of experience in casualty claims to his position of Liability Claims Manager, and has handed all liability lines and workers’ compensation. Prior to joining us, he was the former Executive Director of the Louisiana Patients’ Compensation Fund.
