Jason McCain, Vice President/IT, has been an invaluable Benchmark Bank employee for over 16 years. Throughout the past year, Jason has worked tirelessly to implement innovative products to enhance our customer's experience including Real Time Banking, Mobile Apps, Mobile Deposit and ATM Deposits. Additionally, he continues to provide set up and support for all of our entities (Bank, Title, Wealth, Correspondent, Retail and Wholesale) and their ever-changing IT needs. Jason always takes these projects in stride, is a pleasure to work with and remains thorough until the task is completed.

“Mike” was first elected to the Board of Benchmark Bank in 1978 and took over for his grandfather, Benchmark’s founder, as Chairman in 1983. Four years later Mike decided to make the bank his primary focus, and he has been passionate about the banking business ever since. For over 25 years Mike has served as CEO of Benchmark and has grown it to include the variety of financial services that the Benchmark companies offer today. Mike is an avid Texas Longhorn fan, having earned both his BBA and MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
