Joseph Langran has been active in commercial real estate since 1977 and has extensive experience in all phases of real estate, particularly leasing, market studies, and site location analysis. Joe’s successes in corporate real estate with Arby’s, McDonald’s, Econo Lube N’ Tune, Round Table Pizza and other franchising companies have directly led to his receiving numerous Real Estate Development awards. At Arby’s , Joe was responsible for 151 new Corporate and Franchisee restaurants in 20 states plus the four western provinces of Canada.
