We believe that most successful projects are the result of early negotiations between the involved parties. We pride ourselves in early introduction of a project to town officials and identification of any potential issues effecting the implementation of a project. Your project will be designed and permitted by (or under a very close supervision of) the same project engineer from inception to design and through the permitting process; It will not be pawned off or delegated to junior staff. You and the approving agencies/ officials will be dealing with one individual who's thoroughly familiar with your project and its objectives. We strive to make ourselves easily accessible to our clients, reviewers and officials. We shall follow through each stage of the project and inform you of its progress via email or telephone. We believe that our can do attitude and hard work coupled with the latest technology and innovation is a key to a successful project. To date, we have completed hundreds of project in the New Hampshire and Massachusetts area. These included subdivisions, non-residential site plans, environmental permitting and municipal engineering to name a few.

Benchmark Engineering, Inc. is a full service multi-disciplinary firm offering comprehensive land planning, civil engineering and environmental consulting services. Established in 1986 in Londonderry, New Hampshire, the firm has successfully completed hundreds of designs from subdivisions, commercial site plans, environmental permitting and municipal projects throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Our projects range from a small residential to a full blown commercial/industrial developments.
