Benchmark Land Services is a full service survey company specializing in mortgage/boundary surveying, construction surveying and preparing elevation certificates for flood insurance.

Founded in May 2006, Jane Vazquez, having worked in the surveying industry for more than 15 years and building lasting relationships with local title companies was conscious about putting together a staff that cared as much about her company as she does. The staff of Benchmark Land Services is team oriented. We “all” do what it takes to get the job done, expeditiously and with the highest integrity.

In addition to working with title companies, realtors, mortgage companies and builders, we are happy to provide survey services to homeowners needing a survey for boundary determinations.
