For over 5 years Benchmark Technologies has been providing services to develop and manufacture imprint stamps. We work closely with our manufacturing partners to provide quartz and silicon imprint stamps. Typically we use electron beam lithography and reactive ion etching to produce stamps that meet the needs of our customers. Our stamps are used in a number of areas including micro-fluidics, optical gratings.

Benchmark is the world's leading independent supplier of test reticles for lithography systems. For over 25 years our products have been used by wafer fabs and fab equipment and materials suppliers to optimize and monitor lithography tool performance and processes.

Benchmark’s broad and sustained experience in developing the test reticles that are now part of our standard products portfolio gives us a distinct advantage in developing custom test reticles. Our relationships with both the OEM lithography and metrology tool manufacturers and many of the resist and other materials providers has broadened our understanding about what is possible within the manufacturing partner base we have developed.

Benchmark provides complete photomask manufacturing services through our global network of manufacturing partners. Our broad and complete knowledge of mask manufacturing systems and capabilities always guarantees that our customers’ photomasks will be written on the right tool for the job at the most efficient cost. We thoroughly understand both laser and e-beam systems used in the industry and can advise our customers on the tradeoffs.

We also have extensive CAD capabilities to render customer designs into machine “write-ready” formats.We can create CAD files from sketches, drawings, formulae, spreadsheets, word documents and bitmaps. We also work from customer supplied CAD type files including; GDS2, Tanner L-Edit, AutoCAD and CIF. We provide a secure server to upload large files.
