Bender Commercial Real Estate Services was founded in January 1997 by Michael S. Bender. Since that time, the company has grown from a single broker operation to a group of six brokers each a proven track record and specialty. Growth has been the status quo from Bender Commercial during the last several years.With the addition of Midwest Property Services in 1998, Bender Commercial is now capable of managing, developing, leasing and selling quality properties throughout South Dakota and the Upper Midwest United States.
