Ms. Paulette White has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years, and currently serves as Claims Manager at BMA. She has worked with self insured accounts, commercial and Medicare, and has held a variety of leadership positions in claims and appeals. Ms. White received her bachelors degree in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University in 2006 and her masters degree in Human Resource Management and Leadership from Webster University in 2010.

Ms. Ann Locha is BMA’s Administration and COBRA Manager. She has over 15 years of human resources experience with an extensive large-volume employee benefits background, including several division open enrollment implementations and employee relations. Prior to working at BMA, Ms. Locha spent 7 years as a Personnel Administrator at a large security firm. Ms. Locha has been at BMA for over 4 years in our Eligibility and COBRA department.

Ms Vicki Jo Webb serves as BMA’s Director of Operations. Ms. Webb has over 25 years of experience in field of third party claims administration, with multifaceted experience in quality assurance and software system support. Ms. Webb has been responsible for new client implementations, as well as software implementations and upgrades. She received her Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Texas A&I, in Kingsville, TX.

Mr. Gomez is the Senior Director of Information Systems at BMA. Mr. Gomez has over 17 years of experience in management and adjudication of medical claims within the health insurance industry. Mr. Gomez began his tenure at BMA as a Claims Manager, however, due to his technical expertise he quickly assumed the role of Information Systems Manager. Mr. Gomez’s unique insight into the role of the TPA has enhanced BMA’s Web Application for Plan Members, Plan Sponsors, Vendors and Third Party Administrators.
