He has written several articles for the community in the local periodicals, and has also had many articles written about him, as well as television interviews pertaining to the work he is so passionate about. To further the blend of form and function in the realm of cosmetics and functional dentistry, Dr. Fiss has attended many seminars and taken courses given by the most current and up to date lecturers in the nation. Some of these experts included Dr. William M. Dorfman (Extreme Makeover), Dr. Larry Rosenthal, Dr. Ronald Goldstein, Dr. David Hornbrook, Dr. David Garber, Dr. Robert Nixon, and the Las Vegas Institute just to name a few. His practice through the years has thrived mainly through word of mouth. He strongly believes that a happy and excited patient is the best and truest form of advertisement.
