We work with private homeowners and business owners alike, spanning the gap from a simple refresh on an existing home, to working side by side with clients opening the newest restaurant in town. Our services range from permit ready construction documents and project management to conceptual 3D renderings and custom architectural finishes.

Eric started Benning Construction in 2002 and has completed projects ranging from whole house transformations to restaurants and everything in between. Often working with the Benning Design Team to provide an integrated “design – build” experience, his team is truly a designers dream- turning even the most custom ideas into a reality. Eric is always on the move from job bids and site visits to quality time with his wife and four kids. As Bruce’s son he not only brings the family dynamic to the office, but also some pretty awesome jokes.
