Founded in 1994, Benson & Bohl Architects has continually expanded its capacity, expertise, and reputation while maintaining and organizational structure that allows the principals, Richard Benson and Randall Bohl, to be personally engaged with every project and every client.

Benson & Bohl Architects has developed a portfolio of award winning residential projects designed for all types of users, from low income families to seniors, including both market rate apartments and for-sale condominiums. Most of our projects have been high density, frame over podium construction on tight urban sites. These projects often incorporate structured parking and street level commercial uses, which requires an understanding of complex access, system integration, and service issues.
