Greg has been a CPA for the past 23 years and has worked in the Small Business and Tax Departments of three of the four largest accounting firms in the nation and a Tax Partner in two before forming BB&A in 2005. He has worked with a wide array of companies in a broad set of tax related areas including financial planning, IRS audit representation, tax controversy, corporate liquidations, international tax law, deferred compensation plans, tax return preparation for individuals and various entity types, among others.

Cecil is a principal within the firm who has 40 years of experience of accounting and tax experience which includes 5 years of chairmanship of the accounting department at The University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. He has in-depth experience in auditing privately held companies in the manufacturing, construction and wholesale/retail businesses. The understanding of the diverse needs of closely held family businesses has been an extensive amount of his management consultation during years of practice.

Melvin is a principal with BBA with over 40 years of public accounting experience in tax, accounting, auditing and business advisory. He specializes in consulting and tax planning for closely-held business and owners. Melvin has advised clients in such areas as the structuring of business organizations, the purchase or sale of a business, corporate and partnership taxation and income tax and administration of estates and trusts. He is experienced in understanding the diverse needs of non profit organizations and Unions including audits and governmental compliance.
