The best memories that I have are when I’m with my dogs. All the memories of camping and hiking around Colorado, my family was with our boxer boys. I have spent my whole life (so far) in the mountains with my pets. I am an Evergreen Native and went to Clear Creek High School. I grew up around boxers and after our old boy Hammer passed, we wanted to rescue. We went to the shelter looking for a boxer of our own, however, it was hard to find one in a shelter. We eventually did, Maverick, our beautiful brindle boy, who passed away at age 7. After we got him, we started working with HO-BO Care Boxer Rescue. We fostered and we got Zoe, she is our tough, bossy girl, and Badger, he is my baby boy who loves his couch and biscuits more than anything. We kept fostering and eventually got Steven, Puppy and our American Bulldog Macy. Puppy comes to work with me often and loves to get the daycare group all railed up. I have been working with the rescue for over 4 years and my family and I have fostered over 20 dogs and only kept 5 of them. Bergen BARK Inn is an amazing company to work for and the staff is truly remarkable. Hope to see you soon!.
