Founded in 1994 by Dr. Scott and Rachael Bergman, Chiro Kinetics is a Chiropractic and Naturopathic health clinic focused on guiding patients to a healthy, vital and pain-free life.

Scott L. Bergman, D.C., Doctor of Chiropractic, Board Certified Naturopath and a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. All aspects of Chiro Kinetics' treatment and nutritional programs are directed by Dr. Scott Bergman. Dr. Bergman is committed to the pursuit of excellence for every patient. For over 17 years, Dr. Bergman has been providing health, nutrition and fitness information internationally to a variety of business, education, social, and community groups. His greatest joy is guiding his patients toward their optimal health potential.

In contrast to Pilates classes marketed to the masses, instruction at Chiro Kinetics is tailored to the needs of the individual. We have some of the most experienced instructors in northern California who provide a level of expertise difficult to replicate in other classes. We provide classes to help our patients build flexibility, stability and strength for a lifetime of activity with reduced pain.

Rachael and Dr. Scott Bergman have drawn from their experience to create Core Yoga, a system combining postures, breathing techniques, visualization and meditation. Their unique combination of yoga is designed to develop a proactive lifestyle and enhance physical and mental balance, spinal alignment, muscle symmetry, endurance and proper range of motion. Core Yoga allows all levels of student to experience a safe, practical and thorough workout while still benefiting from the mindful art of Yoga. It will help stabilize your body while elevating your mental and physical performance.
