He was joined in 2000 by his partner, Betty Shotton, who brought over 25 years of hands-on experience as a CEO and entrepreneur. Today Berkana is recognized as a firm committed to transforming leaders. The company is respected for its personalized approach, its integrity, and its perseverance to attaining client goals.
