Amber joined the company in 2005, and has nine years of experience in all the wonderful and crazy antics that Chocolate Labs are known for. Her charitable works include general office mood-lifting and allowing guests to rub her belly just as long as they like.

Jeff joined Berkeley Homes in 2006, and has more than 20 years of experience in real estate acquisition and development for some of the metro area’s largest projects. He was named 2011 Builder of the Year by the Homebuilders Association of Metro Denver, and is a current board member of HomeAid Colorado, which builds housing for those in need. How is Jeff so good at keeping so many balls in the air? We suspect it’s all the coaching of his kids’ baseball and basketball teams—and the endless tossing of tennis balls to his Golden Retreiver, Ripken.

HomeAid Colorado builds housing for transitional and homeless families and individuals, then donates housing to partner nonprofit care providers who serve the homeless. HomeAid provides construction-related technical assistance as well as in-kind labor and materials from the building industry, which allows our partners to focus their energy and resources on providing direct services to the homeless while we take care of construction.

Larry joined the management team 1996, and has more than 30 years of experience in residential construction, including projects where he oversaw as many as seven communities in three different states. During his off-hours, Larry can be found inspiring yet another team—specifically his daughter’s team, as a head softball coach. (And Larry loves to keep improving his own golf game, too.) Larry holds Associate Degrees in Applied Science from Jamestown Community College and Construction Management from Alfred State University in New York.
