(BLTG) was founded in 2003 by Howard Skaist, former Director of Patents at Intel Corporation. With a total of twelve patent lawyers, BLTG handles all aspects of intellectual property practice, including: patent preparation and prosecution, patent strategy, portfolio building and management, patent assertion and other patent license negotiation support, preparing patent opinion letters, and strategic oversight of patent litigation. We also handle copyright and trademark matters.
