Payment means activities we undertake to obtain reimbursement for the health care provided to you, including determinations of eligibility and coverage and other utilization review activities. For example, prior to providing health care services, we may need to provide to your insurance carrier (or other third party payor) information about your medical condition to determine whether the proposed course of treatment will be covered.

Our goal is to make all of our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each chair-side assistant, sterilization technician and laboratory technician is a registered dental assistant. Our team has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care.

Cynthia has been in the dental business for over 20 years as a dental laboratory technician and orthodontic assistant. She has one daughter and one granddaughter.

Angela has been a dental assistant for 11 years and is currently working in the laboratory making orthodontic appliances. She has worked with Drs. Bernhardt and Smith since November 2007. She is married with a son. She enjoys reading, spending time with close friends & family and hiking with their two dogs.

Samantha lives in Granger with her husband, Lance, and their children, Hayden and Wyatt. She loves spending time with their families, scrapbooking, and hanging out with friends. She has worked with the doctors as a dental assistant since May of 2006.
