From 1995 through 2003, Dr. Taylor served as the Associate Director of DePaul University’s Egan Urban Center. Upon early retirement from DePaul University, she established Bernice Taylor & Associates as a program evaluation and Logic Model consultancy. Dr. Taylor is a registered Evaluation Consultant for Chicago Public Schools (CPS) and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. She is a member of the American Evaluation Association (AEA) and the Chicagoland Evaluation Association. BTA is certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) with 8(a) eligibility. Associates BTA associates are drawn from a pool of independent consultants nation-wide who provide specific evaluation, statistical and technical skills as required by individual contracts.
