Berry Network has a storied history of accomplishments dating back to the founding of the L.M. Berry and Company in 1910. It was then that Loren M. Berry pioneered the notion of selling advertising in telephone directories. Berry Network was established as a subsidiary of The Berry Company in 1960 to provide Yellow Pages account services to national accounts. In 1986 Berry Network and The Berry Company were acquired by their largest customer, BellSouth. In 2007, BellSouth was acquired by AT&T and in early 2012 ownership of Berry Network was transferred to YP Holdings.
