Graduating from the University of Delaware in 2002 with a B.S. in Leadership and Consumer Economics, Lauren comes to Bertoia’s as office administrator and customer service manager. She has a wealth of experience in dealing with a diverse corporate clientele, and she always maintains a positive outlook. Lauren has been working closely with Jeanne, learning about many areas of the business.
