Specialty Coating Systems provides Parylene conformal coatings for the many industries including medical, electronics, automotive and other industrial applications. SCS' primary business is providing customized coating application services. SCS also designs and manufactures Parylene and non-Parylene coating equipment and sells Parylene dimer to customers with in-house coating applications. SCS is the world's leading Parylene conformal coating company.

The Company was founded in 1972, in Boise, Idaho where it is still headquartered and where its US manufacturing is located. ECCO grew internationally through the acquisitions of Hazard Systems in Launeston, Australia, Vision Alert, a York, England based manufacturer of beacons and light bars for commercial vehicles and Delta Design, a UK based manufacturer of Xenon beacons and lightbars.

Headquartered in Manchester, U.K., BWA was established in 1973 and has regional offices in Atlanta (U.S.A.), Dubai (U.A.E.), Shanghai (China), and Tokyo (Japan). Its products are manufactured in Canada, China, France, Italy, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, U.K. and U.S.A.. Its two R&D facilities are in Manchester and Atlanta. BWA sells its products into 80 countries worldwide.

Founded in 1961, Colorcon currently assists pharmaceutical customers through a worldwide network of 16 technical service laboratories, manufacturing facilities in five countries, and direct sales representation in 23 countries on five continents around the world. The specialty chemicals groups focus primarily on the North American market.
