With over 30 years of construction experience in the greater Seattle area, Phil provides an impressive scope of knowledge.

Better Builders has been pioneers in the Seattle green building and green construction scene for years; hence the name, Better Builders. To us, better means creating safe and healthy work and living spaces for our customers. We can build your project to any level of green building that you desire. Green construction doesn't necessarily mean more expensive and we at Better Builders have the expertise to bring your project in on budget while also keeping our environment in mind.

As co-founder, Arvin brings almost 20 years of sales and marketing and business development experience along with a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University. His resume includes account and project management, general management, real estate sales and marketing. He is highly skilled and accomplished in sales and product marketing, building strategic partnerships and providing exceptional customer service.
